Q
Why does Swiss Post need a reporting platform?
A
Trust and credibility are crucial for any business. Swiss Post enjoys both to a high degree. An important aspect of this trust and credibility is compliance with the law on the part of Swiss Post and all its employees. Preventive measures serve to safeguard the image and reputation of the company and to avoid financial loss. Despite this, there may still be individual instances of illegal acts. If you notice any such illegal acts or are not sure whether laws have been broken Courage provides you with a means of reporting the matter – anonymously and in complete confidence if you so wish.
Q
What happens when something is reported?
A
All reports reach Group Audit via an external server. Group Audit will decide what action to take next, if necessary in consultation with the Legal Service and Corporate Security. Group Audit reports directly to the Board of Directors and is thus independent and neutral. If specific suspicions are reported, specialists will be brought in to launch investigations. For reasons of data protection you cannot be informed about the outcome of the investigation.
Q
How is anonymity ensured?
A
Once you are on the secure Integrity Online Platform your identity will no longer be traceable. All information is stored on EQS Group's secure servers in encrypted form. The information is accessed via extra strong authentication.
